Visioning and Land Use Workshop
The Sebago Visioning and Future Land Use Open House took place May 9, 2026 at the Sebago Town Gym between 9am-12pm. Participants could drop by anytime and were free to roam around the room at their own pace, answering questions related to future development, goals, and policies. There were 15-20 attendees over the course of the morning, including committee members.
Comprehensive Plan Kicked Off
North Star Planning had a table and announced the kick off of the Comprehensive Plan process at the 200th Anniversary Celebration on February 10, 2026 in the Sebago Gym. Residents could learn about the Plan, the process, and how to get involved and shape the future of Sebago.
Visioning Survey Launched

The Comprehensive Plan was launched on January 14th with the first meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Committee. The team discussed goals for the plan and the public participation plan.
